1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or festive season volumes.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders unless stated.
- A flat shipping fee applies to orders for certain items.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this to track your order on the courier's website.
6. Packaging All Hubbun Jewels pieces are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use secure, elegant packaging to protect your jewellery during transit.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hubbunjewels@gmail.com. We will investigate with our courier partner and keep you updated.
8. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
